At Bulb Barn, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a return is necessary. Therefore, we offer a comprehensive 14-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Initiating a Return
Should you wish to return an item for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact us at support@bulbshed.com with your order number. Our dedicated team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
Return Conditions
Please note that we can only process returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. As the customer, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
To qualify for a refund, the returned item(s) must meet the following criteria:
The item(s) must arrive back at our distribution center in "Like New" condition.
All original packaging and accessories must be included.
"Like New" condition entails no visual signs of wear.
Items returned with visible signs of wear or issues due to use will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
Damages
In the event of receiving a damaged product, it is imperative to make a note of it immediately upon delivery and send relevant photos to support@bulbshed.com on the day of receipt. Please retain all original packaging for items requiring return. All return requests must be authorized by our customer service department prior to processing.
Rest assured, we will expedite the replacement of damaged items to ensure you receive your order promptly. Please note that items damaged after use are non-refundable unless covered under warranty.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel an order, please notify our customer service team promptly via email or phone to avoid any return shipping fees. Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, regardless of whether they have shipped. If the order has already been shipped, the buyer is responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Certified pre-owned or used products are ineligible for return.
Bulb Barn caters to purchasers intending to utilize items for their economic lifespan. Orders for single or temporary use purposes, such as trade shows or promotional events, are non-returnable.
Upon receipt of the returned item, please allow 7-14 business days for our Customer Service Department to inspect and process your refund. Items returned without authorization, beyond 14 days, or in unacceptable condition may be refused or subject to additional fees.
